Manchester United midfielder has left the club and England.

The player has scored four goals in 75 games for United and has underwent a medical on Friday before being unveiled as a Lazio player.

Lazio is 10th in the Serie A standings and Pereira might help them rise up.

The deal was wrapped up rather quickly, something Manchester United should learn from.

Pereira provided vital squad depth to the depth to the team but United’s decision to sell him might mean that the team has plans to replace him with more options in midfield.

The Red Devils have a rather strong first team but their squad depth lacked quality. The addition of Donny Van De Beek is a step in the right direction but United are quite a few serious steps away from the right place.

The club needed a forward and Mason Greenwood, a competitor. Jadon Sancho, the forward from Borussia Dortmund and England. However, they have not been able to do so.

Pereira has joined Lazio now with an option to buy next year. United will want to make good money of him. This might prove to be tough since Pereira is unlikely to make any big dent besides being a squad player.
